This poster, with its considered contrasting of white space and separation of text and colour image, follows the template that I established with my design for the Magne Furuholmen poster, the previous exhibition at Dovecot. A bold image requires bold typography so this poster uses uppercase bold type to create a very different feel from the lowercase type treatment of the Magne Furuholmen poster. As before, this poster is typeset in Calibri, used by Dovecot as an approximation of Whitney, the 'offficial' Dovecot typeface. At poster scale, the differences in character between the different weights of the typeface are very apparent.
